This meeting will begin on the morning of Monday, June 1, and adjourn on the afternoon of June 2.

Per The Darcy’s policies:
- GUARANTEE POLICY: Must be guaranteed with major credit card – First night charged 3 days prior arrival. Hotel reserves the right to preauthorize the credit card before arrival.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel until noon hotel local time 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night room and tax
- NLGA cannot waive or modify the hotel’s cancellation fees
