This National Lieutenant Governors Association (NLGA) privacy policy applies to data collection on www.nlga.us only and does not extend to your use of any other website including those www.nlga.us may link to.

NLGA reserves the right to use IP addresses to administer the site, track user movement, and gather general demographic information for aggregate reporting and sponsorship purposes.  IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable data.  NLGA may share or report aggregated demographic data with members, partners, sponsors, and donors.  This data is not linked to personally identifiable data.

NLGA employs a variety of security measures to protect and safeguard all customer information, both on and off line. NLGA is compliant with the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design, and other critical protective measures.

Contact the National Lieutenant Governors Association (NLGA) for Customer Service here:  525 West Fifth Street, Suite 226, Covington, KY 41011.  Telephone (859) 283-1400.  Any purchase from or payment to NLGA that a customer wishes to return or cancel must be returned or cancelled within 30-days of the invoice date for full refund.  Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used.  The customer pays the full cost for handling and shipping charges for physical products and these are shipped via U.S.P.S.  For further information on Terms of Use and Trademark, please visit the Terms of Use and Trademark page on this web site.
