Travel Reimbursement Policy
NLGA Members’ Travel Reimbursement (lieutenant governors, seconds-in-command only): NLGA will reimburse Members (lieutenant governors/seconds-in-command only) for their personal hotel room at the group rate for Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday (December 1, December 2, and/or December 3) while attending the meeting, and for their personal coach class airfare up to $1,000. Ground transportation to/from the airport is on your own.
To receive a reimbursement check at your seat at the Winter Meeting, complete THIS FORM [forthcoming] and email your airfare receipt and completed form to NLGA at sploetz@nlga.us no later than TBD, 2026.
The final deadline to submit receipts for reimbursement is TBD, 2026. Email your airfare receipt and completed form [forthcoming] to sploetz@nlga.us by TBD, and NLGA will independently verify your hotel stay and have the airfare and hotel reimbursement mailed. Any reimbursement request received after that date cannot be paid. NLGA will not reimburse for class or seat selection above coach, nor for baggage, change or cancellation fees, including any hotel change or cancellation fee.
