2026 NLGA Annual Meeting

NLGA Members’ Travel Reimbursement (lieutenant governors, seconds-in-command only):  NLGA will reimburse Members (lieutenant governors/seconds-in-command only) for their personal hotel room at the group rate for Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday (July 21, July 22, and/or July 23) while attending the meeting, and for their personal coach class airfare up to $1,000. Ground transportation to/from the airport is on your own. 

To receive a reimbursement check at your seat at the Annual Meeting, complete THIS FORM [forthcoming] and email your airfare receipt and completed form to NLGA at sploetz@nlga.us no later than July 13, 2026.

The final deadline to submit receipts for reimbursement is August 21, 2026.  Email your airfare receipt and completed form [forthcoming] to sploetz@nlga.us by August 8, and NLGA will independently verify your hotel stay and have the airfare and hotel reimbursement mailed. Any reimbursement request received after that date cannot be paid.  NLGA will not reimburse for class or seat selection above coach, nor for baggage, change, seat selection, or cancellation fees, including any hotel change or cancellation fee.
