2025 NLGA Annual Meeting

NLGA has a block of rooms at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe for attendees of the NLGA Annual Meeting only.  Please read the following information carefully before booking: 
  • The deadline to book in the NLGA block at the group rate is June 13, 2025, and the block may sell out sooner.  NLGA cannot guarantee the group rate after this deadline. 
  • The NLGA Annual Meeting will begin on the morning of Wednesday, July 16, and adjourn on the morning of Friday, July 18. 
  • NLGA Group Rate at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe:  Beginning Monday, July 14, rate is $139/night, with a daily resort fee of $25.95 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes and fees
  • You should inquire directly with Harrah’s about room rates before or after the NLGA meeting
  • Attendees must cancel hotel reservations no later than 72 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation fees.  NLGA cannot waive or modify the hotel’s cancellation fees.
  • NLGA will reimburse most travel expenses for NLGA Members (lieutenant governors, seconds-in-command) only to attend this meeting, including hotel rooms, per the policy below.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BOOKING: 

  • Click the link above
  • At the top of the page, selected EXACT DATES (not Flexible Dates) and choose your dates of stay
  • To check for open rooms, please manually adjust the booking dates to reflect your desired dates of stay
  • Complete your reservation
  • If you don’t see the NLGA group rate, insert the Group Code (S07NAM5) and try again
  • Contact Harrah’s directly with questions on booking, amenities, parking, or other hotel questions
  • Attendees may also contact Central Reservations at 1-800-455-4770.  Attendees should reference the group code S07NAM5 when making their reservation. 

Travel Reimbursement Policy

NLGA Members’ Travel Reimbursement (lieutenant governors, seconds-in-command only):  NLGA will reimburse Members (lieutenant governors/seconds-in-command only) for their personal hotel room at the group rate for Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday (July 15, July 16, and/or July 17) while attending the meeting, and for their personal coach class airfare up to $1,000. Ground transportation to/from the airport is on your own. 

To receive a reimbursement check at your seat at the Annual Meeting, complete THIS FORM and email your airfare receipt and completed form to NLGA at sploetz@nlga.us no later than July 8, 2025.

The final deadline to submit receipts for reimbursement is August 8, 2025.  Email your airfare receipt and completed form to sploetz@nlga.us by August 8, and NLGA will independently verify your hotel stay and have the airfare and hotel reimbursement mailed. Any reimbursement request received after that date cannot be paid.  NLGA will not reimburse for class or seat selection above coach, nor for baggage, change or cancellation fees, including any hotel change or cancellation fee.
