The NLGA Public Leadership in the Arts Award is given in partnership with Americans for the Arts in recognition of a NLGA member who plays an important role in the advancement of the arts and arts education within his or her state or territory and whose vision and leadership provide heightened visibility to the value of the arts. Applications are now being accepted by Americans for the Arts.
